Pay What You Can

I understand the barriers many people face when trying to access mental health support. Between the rising cost of living, limits on subsidised sessions through Medicare, and other accessibility challenges, many people are left without the support they need.

PWYC group sessions are my way of helping to bridge that gap.

These weekly online sessions aim to provide a safe, inclusive and trauma-informed space where you can build practical skills, feel supported, and connect with others in a low-pressure environment.

How It Works

Sessions run weekly for 1 hour via Zoom and are open to the public.

This is a pay what you can offering. You’re invited to contribute an amount that feels accessible and fair for you.

Your contribution helps cover costs and keeps these sessions running, while also supporting your own commitment and engagement.

As a general guide:

  • Meditation classes often range from $10–$20

  • Group therapy (with Medicare rebates) may involve a $30–$40 out-of-pocket cost

If you can contribute $5: that’s appreciated.
If you’re not in a position to pay: you are still very welcome.
