Pay What You Can

I understand the barriers people face accessing mental health care. Between the cost of living, a limit to subsidised sessions through Medicare, and other accessibility issues, many are left without a way to get help and take steps to improve their wellbeing. I’ve started PWYC online group sessions as my way to address this. I hope to offer safe, accessible, inclusive and trauma-informed group sessions that allow a space to build skills and form connections in a low-pressure environment.

Paying what you can or what you believe the service is worth allows me to cover my costs and keep operating. Contributing also cements your commitment and may increase your motivation to engage and use the skills learned. Looking for a rough guide? Meditation classes range from $10-$20, and group therapy under Medicare attracts a $30-$40 fee/rebate. If you can afford a $5 contribution? That’s great. If you genuinely have no funds? $0 is also fine.

I may be able to offer discounted individual sessions also: please get in contact if you need to discuss individual needs.
